Organized by German press agency dpa and consultancy firm Highberg, the DRIVE (Digital Revenue Initiative) project was launched in 2020 to support publishers in digital transformation with reader revenue models in mind. The initiative now includes >30 regional news publishers and has access to 43 billion usage data points to analyze, providing insights, best practices and a data warehouse to support media titles in their digital models.
