If you're already a Poool client, you're in luck! As part of your licence, you have full access to all of The Audiencers' content. You just need to follow a few steps to allow the website to recognize you as a client and unlock all articles automatically.

Just like many publishers around the world, we now have a freemium paywall strategy on The Audiencers. This means that articles are split into two categories:
- Free access – these are blocked by a registration wall, requiring a reader to login. Once this reader has created an account, they’ll have access to a couple of articles per month before being blocked. At this point, they need to be a Poool client (like you) to continue to read any content.
- Client-only access – these articles represent our highest quality work and are blocked by a wall for anyone that isn’t a Poool client.
Luckily for you, as a Poool client, you have full access to all of The Audiencers’ content! You just need to follow a few steps to allow the website to recognize you as a client and unlock all articles automatically.
First, create an account on The Audiencers
If you haven’t already done so, the first step is to log in, with the same email address you use to log in to the Poool Dashboard. To do this, you need to create a The Audiencers account here.
NB: subscribing to the newsletter does not mean that you have created a The Audiencers account. You still need to create one.
Connect your “The Audiencers’ account” to your “Poool account”
At the very bottom of the ‘My Account’ page on The Audiencers, you’ll see a little ‘Connect your Poool Account’ button. Click on it and follow the steps. Everything is explained in the video below:
